Our bar is filled with a rotating selection of evocative natural wines that carry a strong sense of place. We do not have a wine list; bottles are opened spontaneously throughout the day. There is always a bucket full of options available by the glass - or grab whatever excites you on the shelves to drink-in or take away.
We source our ingredients from a small list of suppliers with a focus on seasonal British produce and regeneratively reared meat. Our vegetables & dairy come from Shrub Provisions and our meat from Swaledale Butchers. Our bread is from Coombeshead Farm and our specialty coffee comes from Climpsons & Sons.
